The business program of the International Bus & Coach Exhibition brought together heads of transport companies, government officials, operators, manufacturers, and distributors.
The forum opened with a panel discussion on the cost structure of passenger transportation. The participants discussed tools for reducing expenses, the impact of the recycling fee, and the cost of borrowed capital. Among the key speakers were Alexey Zotov, Chairman of the Commission for the Development of Passenger Transportation at the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of Russia and Boris Pravilov, General Director of the National Transport Association.
The strategic session focused on the implementation of digital services, the use of artificial intelligence for demand forecasting, and the creation of a unified digital framework for passenger transportation. Speakers included Alexey Makarov, Operations Director at Yandex Transport, Maxim Murzin, Director of the Government Projects Department at GLONASS JSC and Evgeny Nikolaev, Managing Partner at SberTroika.
